Choices for Change course starting on the 5th February

Choices for Change course 3 We are currently recruiting for our third Choices for Change course, due to start on 5th February. Further information is below and in flyer attached. Please share this within your network and get in touch if you would like further information or to refer someone. Choices for Change is a new, lottery-funded, 10 week personal development course which aims to improve participant’s confidence and self-esteem, as well as giving access to learning opportunities (IT, personal development and REHIS certificates through Glasgow Kelvin College) and some fun, informal activities to promote general health and wellbeing, such as energy advice, stress management and visits to local places of interest.

The course starts on Tuesday 5th February 2019, and runs for 10 weeks, over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

There will be a break for Easter, which means the course will finish on Thursday 25th April. Attendance will not affect participants’ benefits and we have limited childcare places available for participants with young children.

There are no geographical or age restrictions (other than over 18s), the venue for this course is the Reidvale Centre, 13 Whitevale Street,  G31 1QW.

If you have anyone you would like to refer onto the course, or would like more information, please contact me using the details below.
