Health Walks

Did you know the outdoors is a natural medicine. Growing medical evidence shows that access to the natural environment improves health and wellbeing, prevents disease and helps people recover from illness. A health walk is a free, short, gentle and friendly led walk up to 2 ½ miles long for all ages and abilities led by trained volunteers. They are a great way to take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle and meet new people.
